These are just of few examples of the scarves I have made. To view what is currently for sale, visit my Etsy shop.

Felt flower and leaf pins are made by wet felting pre-dyed sheep's wool and silk into sheets using lots of pressure, hot water, and soap. Once dry, petals and leaves are shaped and defined using free motion stitching on an old sewing machine, and then hand beaded. Seed pods and other parts like acorns are needle felted, and then also pain-stakingly hand beaded. All felted pieces are based on actual leaves and flowers found in nature. Specimens have included several varieties of oak, maple, ash, olive, mulberry, and ivy leaves, windflowers, sunflowers, jack-in-the-pulpits, poinsettias, amaryllis, iris, daffodils, roses, clematis, echinacea, poppies, and several kinds of orchids. I am always examining the world around me for new and inspiring plants.
